PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |

AT-F Series Frequency Counter is 8-bit
high-brightness LED display advanced frequency counter with, 4 function
operation, low power circuit design, small size, and light weight. It
have a high-stability crystal oscillator temperature protection (TCXO
high temperature stability of security compensation oscillator 13MHz) to
ensure measurement accuracy and wide to check the input signal with
frequency, period and cumulative.
It has the self-test features such as the choice
of input signal attenuation function. The feature and functions are
controlled by a large-scale microprocessor.
